SIGABRT on media change

aptitude aborts every time on cd media change:

1. i`m removing CD from drive
2. try to install something ( aptitude install kdemultimedia-kio-plugins )
3. it prints Media Change: Please insert the disc labeled 'Blah-blah' and press enter
4. i`m pressing 'Enter' ... and it prints:

aptitude: download_signal_log.cc:67: virtual bool download_signal_log::MediaChange(std::string, std::string): Assertion `rval != -1' failed.

I can confirm that this bug still exist in dapper (aptitude 0.4.0-5ubuntu3)

What do you mean by "I'm removing the cd from the drive"? While you are typing the command?
