German man page for aptitude is outdated

Binary package hint: aptitude

Ther German man page for aptitude is outdated. It doesn't even mention the existence of the 'safe-upgrade' and 'full-upgrade' parameters but still refers to 'upgrade' and 'dist-upgrade'.

Checked this issue on latest "Bionic Beaver": When doing a "man aptitude" there seems to be a mixture of German and English but "safe-upgrade" and "full-upgrade" are both there. (Unfortunately not in German).
