Bug Description

Binary package hint: aptitude

"Options - Preferences - URL to use to download packages" points to http://cgi.debian.org/cgi-bin/get-changelog?package=%s by default. This is certainly wrong for Ubuntu and obsolete for Debian. aptitude does use the correct URL to download changelogs, but the GUI should also show the correct default.
