Bug Description

From a Noble terminal, aptitude can't be used due to that "aptitude-defaults.fr" file not created when reinstalling the aptitude packages

Configuration file '/usr/share/aptitude/aptitude-defaults.fr' is not correct, please fix it

I have searched to fix that issue but without result.
