aptitude-create-state-bundle stopps if user home encrypted && not mounted

Bug Description

Hi there.

aptitude-create-state-bundle --print-inputs

but since i chrooted and have home not mounted it goes

# aptitude-create-state-bundle aptitude-state-bundle.tar.gz
tar: .//home/$USER/.aptitude: Kann stat nicht ausführen: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
tar: Beende mit Fehlerstatus aufgrund vorheriger Fehler

it should have an option which files/folders to exclude from bundle (replaced actual user folder name by "$USER").
