You've installed automatix. Unfortunately, there have been many reports of automatix causeing upgrade problems. Ubuntu can't support upgrades after installing 3rd party software such as this.

I've the same bug:

myuser@mylaptop:~$ sudo aptitude update
E: No se pudo bloquear /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Recurso temporalmente no disponible)
