Bug Description
Upgraded to 11.10 when the alpha was available. Have performed several update-manager updates since then. Was a little surprised this morning when a "distribution upgrade" was available. It claimed only a partial upgrade was possible. I processed it, rebooted, then ran update-manager again and that is when this error occurred.
