aptd crashes with UnicodeDecodeError after several seconds from login to ubuntu classic desktop

Binary package hint: aptdaemon

This crash happens every time after logging in to desktop session and apport window appears to report this bug to developers.

I'm using Ubuntu Natty with latest updates.
