timeout error when entering the password takes too long

Bug Description
Binary package hint: policykit-1-gnome
When using softwarecenter and clicking on "install" the policykit gnome authentication agent dialog comes up.
If I now wait a couple of seconds (~30sec?) i see the following on the terminal:
