The process varies 4 hours to 20 or so Internet time . Some how my CD & DVD are being corrupted for a no install . I can't download & burn new ones . The OSDisc, con disc i bought , ubuntu 9.10 , Mandiva 2010 , Slackware 13.0 & others plus Zoroin -02-1-64 & the latest . Ultimate 2.3 , 2.3 gamer , 2.4 . 2.5 , 2.6 , & gamer , 2.7 , 2.8 & this OS I'm using is ubuntu 10.10 upgraded from 10.04 LTS that is degraded to about 9.4 in looks & less in performance . My servers is wired by SureWest which tell me over & over their line is hot , it's my equipment , home built Biostar TA790GX A9+ , loaded AMD 64 bit & NFORCE6M-A two-core , AMD set for 32 bit also loaded . I have XP pro in the NFORCE6M-A & it's just a little better that windows 74 . 3 different XP's all the way to 3 copies of 7 , I have 10.10 & UE 2.8 working on the 32 bit box , but I don't own them . As soon as I get them almost clean , unlock .gvfs & own root , I catch a bullet , no net or total corruption , no boot or boots and freezes or boots with no net , no updates or upgrades . I'm using snort ,sniffers , gufw & firestarter . HELP
