'use this source' requires two authentications

Bug Description

Binary package hint: software-center

software-center 1.1.15

Select an application which requires a source to be added (ie office > acrobat reader). Click on the 'use this source' button. You will be asked to authenticate twice. Once should be sufficient.

I tried to reproduce this issue in a fully updated Lucid but I just wrote once my password and then start to work. Maybe I missed a step to reproduce this problem. Please can you check (if is possible of course) if this issue is reproducible in other Lucid environments? Thanks in advance!

Ensure partners is disabled. Browse to 'Adobe Flash Plugin' and click 'use this source'. Observe the authenticate1 and authenticate2 attachments.

I verified that this bug has been fixed in the latest aptdaemon release 0.11+bzr345-0ubuntu3. Changelog as shown:

aptdaemon (0.11+bzr345-0ubuntu3) lucid; urgency=low

  * debian/patches/03_auth_me_less.patch:
    - require only a single authentication prompt when adding
      a repository and installing immediately from it
      (thanks to Sebastian Heinlein)
