Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
update-manager 0.124.11, Ubuntu Karmic
1. Click "Install Updates".
What happens: The "Applying Changes" window contains a placeholder icon.
What should happen: Since this is a progress window, it does not need to contain any icon at all.

Actually you should use gtk.window_ set_default_ icon in update-manager to set a default icon in your application. It doesn't make sense for me to use a different icon for the dialog.
