Bug Description

The aptdaemon transaction does change the dbus properties but when a property is changed only the "org.debian.apt.transaction.PropertyChanged" signal is emitted, while as per DBus-standard, it should also emit the "org.freedesktop.DBus.Properties.PropertiesChanged" signal.

This would allow easier gdbus integration, for example.
