Bug Description

I tried to upgrade my 10.04 server to 12.04 with do-release-upgrade -d, install failed with dependency issues,

I solved it by putting a line in /etc/apt/conf.d/01ubuntu

Immediate-Configure "false";

then apt-get update

logs attached.
