Bug Description
Bug #815895 and #250909 deal with the same kind of problem, but in a different manner. #250909 has solved the error of being able to download and install large packages, but during the download there still seems to be a remnant of the error

Notice how the left percentage is at 75% (which is correct), but the middle percentage is stuck at zero, and it calculates the size as 18.4 EB.
I am unaware of how apt works though. Is the 18.4 EB coming from the server, or is it coming from the apt client itself?
