I was enabling the Arabic language using Language Support in System > Administration.

APT isn't installing packages right after prompting the DVD to insert for fetching, it keeps prompting for all required discs for fetching packages, then start installing, giving an error for those packages which its DVD isn't in the drive.
In previous releases (eg. Jaunty) APT fetches packages, installs them, then prompt for the next DVD. |
