Comment 13 for bug 33505

I updated to version apt 0.6.43.3ubuntu2.2.

Can you please upgrade to this version and run it with:

"""
sudo apt-get -o Debug::Acquire::http=true -o Acquire::http::No-Partial=true update
"""

? This will make not use the If-Range header. That one looked problematic in the logs.
