Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
Currently the GUI for update-manager does not know about the "Running triggers..." output from apt/dpkg. As a result, it will say "$pkg installed." and then sit for a while during trigger execution without any indication of what is happening. Having this at least report a status of "Running post-installation triggers..." or something similar would improve the user-experience.
