Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
Bug reporting is mostly about finding & fixing problems thus preventing future users from hitting the same bug.
I suspect a Support site would be more appropriate, eg. https:/ /answers. launchpad. net/ubuntu. You can also find help with your problem in the support forum of your local Ubuntu community http:// loco.ubuntu. com/ or asking at https:/ /askubuntu. com or https:/ /ubuntuforums. org, or for more support options please look at https:/ /discourse. ubuntu. com/t/community -support/ 709
(I don't see what issue you're having issues with, however I do note a PPA or 3rd party source that does NOT provide support for Ubuntu 20.04 LTS thus error is expected; that source should not have been added to a focal/20.04 system)
I've changed this bug status to "Incomplete" as I see evidence of user error (user adding a 3rd party source that doesn't support the release being used). If you believe I'm in error, you can leave a message explaining why and change the status back to "New".
