Bug Description

I'm using Ubuntu 16.10 dev with apt 1.3~exp2ubuntu1 and on installing packages if they have unmet dependencies I'm getting output like this:

root@ubuntu:~# apt-get install winehq-devel
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 winehq-devel : Depends: wine-devel (= 1.9.12~ubuntu16.04.1)
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

This information is not extremely useful and maybe it can be enhanced. For example apt could show more detailed which packages are causing the issue for what reason (for example in this case libidn11 and some *heimdal packages had a multiarch version mismatch).
