Bug Description

The following record assigns a low priority to all package versions belonging to any
distribution
          whose Archive name is "unstable".

              Package: *
              Pin: release a=unstable
              Pin-Priority: 500
          The following record assigns a high priority to all package versions belonging to any release
whose
          Archive name is "stable" and whose release Version number is "3.0".

              Package: *
              Pin: release a=stable, v=3.0
              Pin-Priority: 500
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

when it should be:
              Package: *
              Pin: release a=unstable
              Pin-Priority: 50
          The following record assigns a high priority to all package versions belonging to any release
whose
          Archive name is "stable" and whose release Version number is "3.0".

              Package: *
              Pin: release a=stable, v=3.0
              Pin-Priority: 500
