libapt-pkg-libc breaks apt

Binary package hint: apt

Upgraded from feisty fawn to gutsy gibbon with the update-manager. While installing, many errors were displayed with apt.
Now it recommends me to do a "sudo apt-get -f install" but this doesn't help:

Tried to install libapt-pkg-dev, but doesn't work too..

Did a "sudo apt-get clean" and it works now.. But regardless of this, I think this should not occur

This looks like a corrupted download or a coruppted filesystem:
