Bug Description

Since it needs to have the certificates to correctly validate the secure connection a requirement of ca-certificates should be imposed.

What happens
============

When adding a https apt repo it fails on update if ca-certificates wasn't installed as a requirement of another package.

What should happen

It should be able to update the source correctly if ca-certificates wasn't installed as a requirement of another package.
