apt does not distinguish between regular and debian caches

Hi,

I am using apt-cacher-ng to reduce network traffic and to download each ubuntu package only once. There I have entries like

Acquire::http::Proxy "http://127.0.0.1:3142/";

in my apt config.

But then some packages won't install and configure anymore, e.g. oracle-java7-installer , when they download further software from Internet that are not included in the packages themselves, for copyright/license or other reasons. The problem is that apt somehow passes the setting through to the installation process and the package scripts believe that there is a web proxy, trying to use it for general HTTP downloads. This fails because apt-cacher-ng allows access to debian/ubuntu repositories only and not to general HTTP objects.
