Title: update-apt-xapian-index crashed with IOError in __init__(): [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/lib/apt/lists/de.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_precise-security_universe_i18n_Translation-en'

Today I am getting many error messages about Ubuntu internal error and System program problem detected

I have documented the errors in a text file attached.

I'm on fully updated 14.04 LTS and I get that error almost everytime when I refresh repos in Synaptic.
