did not notice anbything except red flash in title bar

Binary package hint: apt-xapian-index

was running the update manager with updates received overnight

running 9.10 - (installed 8.10 (32-bit) from dvd and updated when invited at first update notice after install) ... did that several days ago and have been using it regularly since

I expected the most recent updates to install without error

I got the red flash in the title bar
