Bug Description
AIUI, a end user should be able to install a system with just the release archive and the security pocket enabled. However, if one tries to do this with a preseed using a gpg-signed local repositoryl, it will fail with the bug resolved in LP: #1754075. I think it would make sense to provide the same fix for /etc/apt/
