Binary package hint: apt-rpm-repository

Missing dependencies installing apt-rpm-repository from Ubuntu Karmic Koala repository: librpm4.4 , libbeecrypt6.
Also apt-rpm-repository remove createrepo and alien packages.

There's also a report of libapt-rpm-pkg-dev being uninstallable. The root cause is the same (apt-rpm source package should be rebuilt for librpm4.4 -> librpm0 transition), so I'm marking this bug as a duplicate.
