Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
* Configure apt-listchanges to display output in terminal
* Switch to TTY 1 (command line), run update
What should happen:
Displays output in TTY 1
What happens instead:
Error reported.
Notes:
* Running an update in TTY 7 (desktop) displays output in new terminal window (correct behaviour)
* Obviously requires update to include changes
