apt-listbugs does not show existing bugs in Hardy !

Bug Description

apt-lists bugs gives wrong informations, i guess it shows debian bugs instead of ubuntu-version specific bugs.

so the package is very misleading, and should be fixed for LTS, or removed.

$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 8.04.1
Release: 8.04

$ apt-cache policy apt-listbugs
apt-listbugs:
  Installé : 0.0.84
  Candidat : 0.0.84
 Table de version :
 *** 0.0.84 0
        500 http://fr.archive.ubuntu.com hardy/universe Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
