Failed to fetch http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/pool/main/k/kpackagekit/kpackagekit-dbgsym_0.5.4-0ubuntu4_i386.ddeb 403 Forbidden file type or location
Failed to fetch http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/pool/main/d/dbus/libdbus-1-3-dbgsym_1.2.16-2ubuntu4_i386.ddeb 403 Forbidden file type or location

However, wgetting the files or opening them in Firefox works.

Either KPackageKit gets blocked by the servers, or something is wrong with KPackageKit (suddenly).

This appears to be related to apt-cacher-ng.

I just had it happening on a Hardy machine, and after removing the "Acquire::http { Proxy "http://127.0.0.1:3142"; };" config to use apt-cacher-ng, it worked out ok.
