Bug Description

$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu Focal Fossa (development branch)
Release: 20.04

$ apt-cache policy libappstream-glib8
libappstream-glib8:
  Installed: 0.7.16-1ubuntu1
  Candidate: 0.7.16-1ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 0.7.16-1ubuntu1 500
        500 http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I'm UK based with time set to BST. If I set the <release> date to the current date, then between 12:00 midnight and 1:00am, flatpak-builder fails with and error:

org.pjbroad.EternallandsClient: AppData problem: attribute-invalid : <release> timestamp is in the future
Error loading AppData file: AppData file /app/share/appdata/org.pjbroad.EternallandsClient.appdata.xml was not valid
Error: ERROR: appstream-compose failed: Child process exited with code 1

I would expect using my local date to be valid.

This bug is fixed upstream in version 0.7.17
