Bug Description

Reporting bugs worked before. Now I've tried to report a bug about metacity with the following CLI command:

ubuntu-bug metacity

After a while (and after the summary of the information) I get a dialog box saying:

"Cannot connect to crash database, please check your Internet connection.
<urlopen error [Errno -2] Name or service not known>"

My internet connection is OK. Name server settings are OK, I can resolve DNS names without problems, I can visit various web sites, like LP now too, so I could report this here :) I have direct Internet connection, no proxy/firewall/whatever.

Hmm, it seems it works again ... I have no idea maybe the "crash database" the text mention was down, or its DNS zone had problems? Sorry for the usless bugreport then, but the error msg is not too clear what can cause this problem, should I report it, etc.
