Bug Description
When running ubuntu-bug manually through an SSH session, without recently using sudo, this happened:
ryan@nibbler:~$ ubuntu-bug linux-image-server

.......[sudo] password for ryan: .......
At that point, I cancelled, since I was not sure if it was sudo itself or another process that has control of readline. Running a trivial sudo command ("sudo ls") then re-running ubuntu-bug prevented this from happening again.
