Happend during the first upgrade after installing Ubungu 12.04 from an image that is a few days old.

I mark this as a duplicate of bug 939702. While it's not the same error message, the fundamental reason seems to be the same (differening apport-gtk and python-apport versions), so the same fix should apply.
