"ubuntu-bug" shows error message and exits when ran without package name and choosing "Other problem"

Bug Description

When I'm running "ubuntu-bug" without parameter, select "Other problem" and click "OK" I get the error message:

"You need to specify a package or a PID. See --help for more information."

Then the program exits.
