apport-gtk don't bring me to the link for help support when I report a bug about unity-panel-service

I'm using Ubuntu 11.04

I tried to report a bug about unity-panel-service and I expected it brings me to the link (open the webbrowser with xdg-open) but it doesn't when I would like to ask for help on askubuntu.com about the bug.
