Bug Description

Binary package hint: apport

Updating my machine and it asked me if I want it to upgrade. I said yes. It started upgrading. And then when it said it had about 7 minutes left it said that one package was not installed. I am using ubuntu 11.04. I did 'apt-get update' in terminal. I expected it to update smoothly. Instead it upgraded and did not install a package.
