Bug Description

Binary package hint: apport

I know the name is 'ubuntu-bug' and not 'kubuntu-bug' but since there is no kubuntu-bug application, ubuntu-bug should do the right thing if kubuntu-desktop is installed. It tries to open the launchpad windows in Firefox instead of (for me) Chromium.
