Bug Description

I filed this bug report https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus-share/+bug/675869 and after, apport told me it was a duplicate of some other bug and to view that bug for more details, but when I try to view that bug, it says access denied.

this happens till the other report contain private data, when it's checked and cleared it became public

The comment could be modified to indicate that the other bug report is private and ask the reporter of the duplicate to get help getting the bug reviewed and made public.

Happened to me two times in a row, it is extremely annoying and totally defeats the bug reporting experience.
