Bug Description
Binary package hint: apport
Following on from bug #662131,
At present, report-bug does not accept either program name or window-title; it would be nice if a mapping database is available. Debian's report-bug accepts the program name, and uses .dpkg info to determine the package; the latter would need a bit of effort to provide and keep up-to-date the database.
Ideally, a user should be able to select a GUI program by clicking on its window, in the style of xwininfo/xkill.

There is a bug open about apport not being able to understand command names but needs 'ubuntu-bug $(which <command>)'. The X recognition would be useful though.
