apport fails to catch a number of common Pulseaudio crashes

Binary package hint: apport

I am seeing very frequent PA crashes, however apport isn't catching them at all. It would be great if Apport would catch pa_stream_cork() failures and pa_stream_writeable_size() failures as described in this bug:

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
