Bug Description
Binary package hint: apport
If you start ubuntu-bug with no argument (eg. package name or pid), ubuntu-bug asks you what kind of problem you are experiencing.
If you select "other problem", the application for some reason assumes that you have an audio problem and starts asking questions about it:
* "Sound problem with one or a few applications only"
* "Recording does not work properly"
ecc.
At the same time it says it is "collecting problem information" in another window.
If you press "Cancel" in this other window nothing happens.
If you press "Cancel" in the window asking "what particular problem do you observe", the bug reporting tool freezes.
Having a buggy bug reporting tool is one of the best ways to make a user who is already experiencing a bug quite frustrated.
Particularly because most users will then be scared about the warnings on the ubuntu site saying not to report bugs directly and to only use the bug reporting tool. So bugs about the bug reporting tool will never be transmitted to the bug site.

more recently (natty) selecting other problem makes apport confused so that it thinks there is a video problem.
don't know if it is kubuntu specific.
