apport gives crashdb.conf error when I try to send a bug

Your crashdb.conf looks fine to me, do you still get this error? If yes, can you attach the files in /etc/apport/crashdb.conf.d/ please?

Resetting to new again, as I'm out of ideas why this would happen if the crashdb.conf is fine.

Hi I think this is a locale related issue. I use tr_TR.UTF-8 locale and it effects many applications:

$ locale
LANG=tr_TR.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=tr_TR:en

LC_NUMERIC="tr_TR.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="tr_TR.UTF-8"

LC_PAPER="tr_TR.UTF-8"

When I run this command it works fine.
