Bug Description

Binary package hint: apport

When reporting a bug on a kernel package, apport asks

"Has this issue been confirmed to exist with the upstream kernel?"

If I say "No", then apport asks me to test the upstream kernel.
But what should I do if I have tested the upstream kernel, and
found that the bug _does not_ exist there?
