Bug Description
Binary package hint: apport
Hello,
The attached patch for apport-collect, allows a user to submit crash data already existing in a crash file to an already existing bug on Launchpad.
Credits to Emmet Hickory for the hint, and Martin Pitt for helping me on making it work.

I assume that this would bypass the usual process of checking/pruning of sensitive information before the bug is made publicly viewable? Is it clear to users that when they upload a crash report to a pre-existing public bug, that their crash reports may contain sensitive information that can be viewed by anybody, or is this handled in some way?
