Binary package hint: apport

I updated my system and yet I still cannot report a crash:

vadi@vadi-laptop:~$ apport-cli '/var/crash/_usr_bin_pidgin.1000.crash'

Looks like you're using a Live CD, so pidgin isn't updated. You need to go to System -> Administration -> Software Sources and activate universe, updates and security (if any of them are unselected) and upgrade your system.

I'm not using a LiveCD mate :)

Your report need to be regenerated, because the current Crash file contains old package versions in the Depends field.

I didn't have anything in my CD drive at the time of reporting or right now.

Maybe the installation is bugged, no idea. I installed during RC and my
system is fully upgraded.

Yeah... and that's why I came to report the bug here. It didn't do it
automatically, and it was being wrong about a package needing upgrades when
it didn't.
