apport-gtk crashed with AssertionError in return_value()

Summary
Apport crashes if there is no current network connection.

What I was doing
While testing iphone tethering Blueman crashed (when I was tried to renew an IP address), Aport then ran however without a network connection Aport crashed, It then created a report on itself, by restarting the netowrk connection over wifi, I can sent this report.

How to repeat
If should be possible to recreate this, by disabling the network, cause an application to crash, attempt to sent a report via apport.
