Bug Description
Binary package hint: apport
When I log in apport pops up after about a minute to inform me of a crash that I didn't report last time.
Now the problem:
I don't belong to those that use thier mouse for everything, and the first thing I do while the session isn't even completely started is opening up gnome-terminal to connect myself to my irssi+screen session on my server.
Now apport pops up in focus *while* I'm typing and steals my keyboard from gnome-terminal. This results in me not knowing which button I (might) press.
The result is that in most cases I just close the apport window to get back to the crash later on (or rather I just forget about it). Could the crash notification be changed so that it doesn't snatch the keyboard input away from whatever is using it right now?

This is a window manager problem actually. Which window manager are you using, compiz (with desktop effects enabled) or metacity (no desktop effects), or KDE?
