Cannot save results file in command-line mode

Binary package hint: apport

When run in command line mode, ubuntu-bug doesn't save a file
anywhere. (Launchpad web site with the command-line browser
is pretty confusing, especially since there is no obvious help for the
command line browser. )

$ ubuntu-bug linux-image-2.6.28-13-generic
